Where do I enter a discount, coupon, or promotional code?

If you have a coupon code, you will be able to enter it after you input your credit card information into Paypal, but before you finalize the sale.  After you enter your credit card information in Paypal, you will be redirected back to the Tasi website and there is a place to apply discounts before you finalize the purchase.  Thanks!

What is your Shipping Policy?

Default shipping: All of our domestic orders and repairs are shipped via USPS, first class mail in 7-14 business days.

Priority USA orders: $6.00 / delivery in 3-5 days

International Shipping:

Canada -- 6-10 day delivery

Everywhere Else -- $15.00/ first class mail.  We ship USPS First Class international - there is no tracking number or guaranteed delivery date.  If you'd prefer we ship with a tracking number, please email us and we will quote you a shipping price.

What is Your Return and Exchange Policy?

If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, we would be glad to offer you a refund or an exchange within fourteen business days of package delivery. Please email us immediately if you are not satisfied with your order. After fourteen days, we can only offer refunds or exchanges on products that are defective in some way.  Please ship your jewelry in a small box or a padded envelope with extra bubble wrap.. Regular, flat envelopes will be smashed by the postal service roller-machines. Save your jewelry from the robots! Package it appropriately.

 What happens if I lose an earring? 

First, email us with a picture of your earring and we’ll see if we can replace it. If we can make a match, we'll quote you a price and you can send us the earring so that we can get an accurate, exact match.

Do you do jewelry adjustments on Tasi purchases, such as lengthening or shortening?

Yes, we do. Email us with your request and we’ll see if we can help.

What if I need my order shipped as a gift?

We ship our jewelry in a brown gift box made from recycled paper. Please make sure you specify the ship to address as different from your billing address at check-out.

What happens if my jewelry breaks?

We are happy to repair your Tasi jewelry within three years of the purchase date. Email us at tasidesigns[at]gmail.com with a picture of the jewelry and we'll let you know if a repair is possible and how much it will cost.

What happens if the jewelry I receive looks different than the item on the website?

The majority of our jewelry is designed with all-natural gemstones which do vary slightly in size and color. We do our best to match the stones with the ones in the picture, but please be aware that your piece will have slight variations . If you are unhappy with your piece you may return it within fourteen days.

Where else can I find your jewelry? Do you sell to any stores near me?

Do you do special/custom orders?

At this time, we can not accommodate custom orders, although we are happy to adjust/repair any pieces of Tasi jewelry for you.  There are some great bead stores in Portland that can help you with custom pieces such as Village Beads, Beads at Dusti Creek, and Dava Beads.

What if I want something, but it is One-of-a-kind, Sold Out, or I no longer see it on the website?

Email us! We’ll see what we can do!

How do I choose a length for my necklace?

The best way to find a good length for a necklace is to use a necklace that you already like, and find out how long it is. You can also use string with a weight on it. Also remember that the lengths listed on our website are the lengths of the chain without a pendant.

Do you fix other designer's jewelry?

No, sorry we do not repair other designer’s jewelry.

What if I need Clip-on Earrings?

We’re sorry, we do not make clip – on earrings.
