Dogon Glass Earrings
These earrings feature Dogon glass beads that were made in Holland in the 1700s and traded with the Dogan tribe of Mali and Niger. These beads are often called "Dutch Donuts" and are becoming increasingly rare among African trade beads.
The ear wires are oxidized sterling silver.
Each piece is lovingly handmade in our Portland studio. A slight natural variation in the size, shape, and color of the antique beads may occur.
