Where do I enter a discount, coupon, or promotional code?

If you have a coupon code, you will be able to enter it after you input your credit card information into Paypal, but before you finalize the sale.  After you enter your credit card information in Paypal, you will be redirected back to the TASI website and there is a place to apply discounts before you finalize the purchase.

What is your Shipping Policy?

We are shipping orders as fast as possible, but please expect delays due to limited staffing and social distancing measures during the Covid pandemic.  Your order may take 2-7 days before it ships.  We will make every effort to get all orders shipped before Xmas, but if you have a hard deadline before Xmas, please email us at to figure out what we can do:)

What is Your Return and Exchange Policy?

If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, we would be glad to offer you a refund or an exchange within 14 business days of package delivery. Use delivery/signature confirmation when shipping a return to our studio. 

Please ship your jewelry in a small box or a padded envelope with extra bubble wrap. Jewelry in flat, letter envelopes will be smashed by postal service roller-machines. Save your jewelry from the robots! 

What happens if I lose an earring? 

First, email us with a picture of your earring and we’ll see if we can replace it. If we can make a match, we'll quote you a price and you can send us the earring so that we can create an accurate, exact match.

Do you do jewelry adjustments on TASI purchases, such as lengthening or shortening?

Yes, we're happy to! Email us with your request.  

What happens if my jewelry breaks?

We will repair your TASI jewelry within three years of the purchase date. Email us with a picture and we'll let you know if a repair is possible and how much it will cost.

What happens if the jewelry I receive looks different than the item on the website?

Many of our designs feature all-natural gemstones that vary slightly in size, shape, and color. If you are unhappy with your piece you may return it within fourteen days.

How do I become a wholesaler of your jewelry?

Do you do special/custom orders?

At this time, we can not accommodate custom orders. But please be in touch if you'd like a recommendation. We know lots of talented jewelers!

What if the design I want is sold out, or I no longer see it on the website?

Email us! We’ll see what we can do!

How do I choose a length for my necklace?

Use a necklace that you already like, and find out how long it is. You can also use string with a weight on it. Also remember that the lengths listed on our website are the lengths of the chain not including the pendant.
